Good burgers, dive joint atmosphere, owners are very nice.
The food was great as well. Overall a nice, calm and casual meal over lunch.
I had a bacon cheeseburger, tater tots and a sweet tea. The waitress was friendly and seemed to know the other customers. Their conversations made the experience seem more like a small town restaurant where everyone knows everyone. Even being a new customer I enjoyed my time.

I pass this restaurant on my way to Boone from Kingsport. I finally decided to give it a try one weekday afternoon.
Today: meat loaf, mashed potatoes/gravy, corn, fresh green beans, roll $7.99 & absolutely delicious & enough for 2 people!! Stuffed!!! We always stop to eat on our way towards Elizabethton or back. Always great food!!! Great home cooking!!! Friendly staff!!!
